About Me

Allan Earle
Allan was born and raised on a dairy farm in Leeds County near Brockville and has been involved in the agriculture business his entire life. After graduating with a diploma in Agriculture from Kenptville College he went to work in Extension Services with the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture and Food and as Territory manager of East-Central Ontario with the Master Feeds Company. Allan later partnered with his Father-in-law and brother-in-law in the dairy business where his passion was breeding good cattle. In 2002 Allan became licensed to sell real estate to focus strictly on farm transactions. Allan’s knowledge of the agricultural industry and his enjoyment of working with people has helped many Buyers and Sellers obtain their real estate objectives.

Paul Crozier
Paul has 15 years of animal nutrition and 15 years of agricultural banking. He worked summers on 30 cow and 90 cow tie stall operations, feeding and crop production. The family farmed Cow-calf/cash crop/custom work in Grenville County.
Graduating in 1989, Paul has a degree in Business Administration from Brock University and Ag Diploma from University of Guelph. He is 57 years old, married 32 years to Saskia with one son. They live in Almonte, Ontario.
Allan and Paul have experience in Eastern, Northeastern and Central Ontario. These regions can provide world class assets and results with lower price/acre when buying. Culligan Real Estate understands farming from finance to hands on.
