The greenhouse structures were constructed between 2016 and 2021.

Former broiler barns have been converted to a packing barn as well as a storage barn.

The packing barn ( 12,240 sq.ft.)has concrete floors and 15′ ceilings, a loading dock, lunch room, several offices and a water / fertilizer input area which includes a water treatment system and silos for fertilizer mixing.

There is an addition at the end of this barn housing the two boilers.
