Howard started Culligan Real Estate over 40+ years ago. The company rapidly expanded, opening five more offices focusing on both agricultural and residential properties. Howard is a graduate of the National Realtor Market Institution – CRB Designation and is a member of good standing with OREA, CREA and the Huron and Perth Real Estate Association. Over the past many years Howard has enjoyed forming quality relationships with clients and customers while developing new marketing strategies to achieve better financial results for Culligan farm clients.
