Excellent commercial greenhouse facility used for hydroponic cucumber growing.
The greenhouse structures were constructed between 2016 and 2021.
Former broiler barns have been converted to a packing barn as well as a storage barn.
The packing barn ( 12,240 sq.ft.)has concrete floors and 15′ ceilings, a loading dock, lunch room, several offices and a water / fertilizer input area which includes a water treatment system and silos for fertilizer mixing.
There is an addition at the end of this barn housing the two boilers.
The second former broiler barn with concrete main floor and plywood second floor is used for storage.
The greenhouses are clad in poly and have concrete and gravel floors and metal superstructures.
Phase 1 measures 260,904 sq.ft and Phase 2 measures 199,056 sq.ft.
Growing areas consist of gravel/dirt surface with plant trays above it and concrete walkways. The ground level hot water pipes facilitate a tract for harvesting carts and there is a conveyor belt system around the greenhouse to the packing barn.

Heat throughout the operation is provided by a hot water radiant heating system with two 3,490 KW boilers, with a 2,500 cubic meter storage tank which is located externally to the boiler room.
Automatic climate control through a Plantech system.
A 1,850 sq.ft. bunk house was constructed in 2016 it includes 7 bedrooms, a main kitchen / living area as well as a secondary kitchen. Laundry room and ample bathroom facilities.
